The heading on the second page should say Table of contents, styled like the other front matter

That page is generated rather than written, so it is a setting: its heading now reads Table of contents and is set like FOREWORD and PREFACE.

Bolded, in that paragraph only. I checked the page after the change: nothing else moved.

Delete the acknowledgements page

I could not find an acknowledgements page in this book. Nothing has been changed. Is it called something else here?
